Reviews and Quality Assurance

We support school leaders to self evaluate, including against Ofsted and other frameworks. These reviews often will have a specific focus and can include areas such as safeguarding, teaching and learning, curriculum and SEND. We work with MAT and local authority leaders, headteachers, governors, senior leaders and middle leaders. We undertake audits using deep-dive style methodology to help them to understand areas of strength and development. We collaborate and work in partnership. Our recommendations, advice, reports and guidance will always be constructive.
